  4.      I've just written a utility that some of you may be interested in.
  5. You can draw a tile set onto a supplied template with Deluxe Paint II
  6. Enhanced or (hopefully) any PCX-compatible paint program.  The new
  7. utility (PCX2TIS) will then "chop up" the PCX picture and assemble it
  8. into a TIS tile set file.  Thanks to this new converter, all the tools
  9. of your paint program will be at your disposal as you create the
  10. ultimate tile set!

  12.      I had hoped to include it as part of MJVGA, but found that there
  13. just wasn't enough room on the disk.  I realize many people may not want
  14. this utility, so I won't turn MJVGA into a 2-disk set because of it.  If
  15. you would like a copy, you can get it from one of the listed
  16. distribution bulletin boards.  You may also be able to find it on a
  17. local bulletin board or from a shareware distributor.

  19.      If you're a REGISTERED USER, you can order it directly from me for
  20. $3 to cover my time, expense, and shipping.  Please include your name
  21. and the serial number from your upgrade disk if you've received one.

  23.      Note that ONLY registered users can get the utility directly from
  24. me.  If you're not registered, you'll have to hunt for it on your own.

  27.      PS.  This disk now also contains the VIEWSET II tile set viewing
  28. utility.  I had to remove it from the MJVGA30 distribution disk because
  29. there was no longer enough room for it, so I put it here!  VIEWSET II's 
  30. file selection screen is much improved from the original VIEWSET, with 
  31. file name and tile set title being displayed.
